I don't follow steps well

Hi:

 

According to the hardware ID you posted, you need to install the W8.1 Intel graphics driver for your specific model PC.

 

B-2409 does not give me the information needed to post the driver you need.

B-2409 does not give me the information needed to post the driver you need.
