Product: Elitebook 8540W
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
I turned on my computer in the morning, getting ready for work, and I try to use the touchpad mouse but as soon as I touch it, it flies up into the top screen and moves a million miles an hour, making it impossible to use. As soon as it’s even bumped it moves, in all programs and applications as well. What’s weird is I haven’t downloaded anything new for awhile and it happened out of the blue. A bright side though is any usb mouse I plug in works fine but it’s just the touchpad itself that doesn’t work.
