Product: HP PORTBLE EXTERNAL HARD DRIVE
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

i have accidentally format my HP portable external hard drive and as a result lost inbuilt simple save software. Now portable drive not detecting and automatically back up my data. Kindly help me to reinstall simple save software again my my external drive.
