I downloaded the driver (FHD) for the HP active pen and i still cannot connect to my pavilion x360.  what else am I missing?

What is the product number of your product? Use this link to find it:  https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c03754824  (Ensure you do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc...).

Did you purchase this HP Active stylus with this computer?

What happens when you try to connect? Have you tried to calibrate the stylus.
