Solved!

I can't turn off reverse scrolling on my touchpad. I have a Envy x360 laptop.

I can't find a way to turn off reverse scrolling on my touchpad.  I've spent hours on the phone with HP and MSFT who both want to charge me to troubleshoot.  I've tried uninstalling and installing multiple Synaptics Touchpad drivers and nothings seems to work.  Help!

finally figured it out and posting for others to benefit.  go to devices, mouse (not touchpad...), additional mouse options, clickpad settings (far right tab), then doubleclick on two finger settings where you'll see a new box where you uncheck "enable reverse scrolling"...maddening and very un user friendly.  synaptics really needs to improve their user interface....

OV3, great you figured it out by yourself. Strange that MS wanted to charge you for that, it's (as you say) a simple setting in Windows.

Good luck !
