Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)
My screen is black w/a blue box. It says enter administrator password or power on password which i had forgot a long time ago. Now i put on the wrong password and a yellow box popped up says system disabled on top and A [5E934DA3] under. I have no clue what to do. My mouse will not work. My screen does nothing when i touch it. I cant get nothing to do anything. Please help me.

I recommend you contact HP phone support and they will assist you in this regard.

 

Here is how you can get in touch with the phone support.

 

Open link: www.hp.com/contacthp/

Enter Product number or select to autodetects

Scroll down to "Still need help? Complete the form to select your contact options"

Scroll down and click on HP contact options - click on Get phone number.
