touch screen and pen issues

Product Name: hp all in one 20-c020 energy s
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

i lost the drivers for the touch/ pen feature and do not know which to reinstall to get this back on my computer can someone help by giving a link or reinstalling to get me back on track

I was going through your post and would like to help you.

 

I request you to use HP Support Assistant app on your PC and perform the update for all the required drivers on the PC.

This ideally should take care of the touchscreen driver well.

Thank you for the information, I did use the HP support for the drivers . I have the touch/ pen listed but it still will not work.is there something else to do?
