when the laptop is charging, the mouse will b jumping to the top right corner and freeze, i can use the laptop when i am charging.

i mean i cant use the laptop when it was charging...

Thank you for posting your query, I'll be more than glad to help you out 🙂 

 

As I understand the touchpad has a mind of its own when the laptop is being charged,

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, however, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details: 

  • Have you recently replaced the power adapter/cord?
    • Its possible the issue is caused due to the adapter not internally grounded or doesn't have a ground loop isolator built-in.
       
  • Is there a way you could check if the issue persists on an alternate adapter or another wall outlet?

While you respond to that, here's what you need to do:

(once you've tried the above)

 

Attempt using an alternate/external mouse.  

(If that works when the touchpad is disabled on Synaptic software, it would mean that it's a touchpad failure, 

However, if the external mouse doesn't work either, it could be a software/driver issue). 

 

Uninstall and reinstall the drivers for your mouse: 

Go to the Device Manager and select your mouse. Uninstall it and then restart your computer. During restart, your mouse driver will automatically be reinstalled. 

  • 1.   Click on Start and type ‘Device Manager’. 

  • 2.   Click Device Manager. 

  • 3.   Click + sign next to Mouse. 

  • 4.   Right-click on mouse entry and choose "uninstall". 

  • 5.   Restart your computer.
