Product: HP SPROUT Model 23-s010na
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have had this machine since April 2016 so is now out of Warranty.

 

I unsuccessfully tried to use Windows Remote Desktop recently, since then - whenever I try to open Sprout Workspace in order to scan documents or project a different window onto the MAT, I get the message  "Sprout Services not found"

 

This did happen to me once before following a Windows update.

 

Any other Sprout users who have experienced this problem or expert who may give some insight into how to rectify this problem would be greatly appreciated.
