I'm trying to pair devices in HP Workwise but I keep getting

Bluetooth Connection Error (2100)

Unexpected failure (2100)

on PC Password screen.

Tried reconnecting Bluetooth and restarting the device, nothing works.

Until a couple of days ago, this was a problem, as the updated smartphone app was not compatible with the version of the Windows HP Workwise app available through the driver download pages on hp.com.

Further the HP Workwise service downloadable from your link is compatible with the updated smartphone app, but did require downloading the most recent version of the Windows HP Workwise app from Microsoft Store. The problem has been that it was for nearly three months not available in the Microsoft Store.

However, the HP Workwise Windows app is now finally available in updated version: https://www.microsoft.com/store/productId/9PKVBG7T6NSB

(I do have connections trouble though, but that is another story. Seems to me like it might be something to do with me also having HP Phonewise installed and active?)
