(?) alert for HP assist will not disappear - errors stated are wrong- rebooting printer does not work

checking for updates, saying problem solved etc does not remove alert.  How do you remove the alert?

I reviewed your post and I understand that the alerts on the HP assist are not disappearing.

 

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

 

In order that I may provide you with an accurate solution, I will need a few more details and I would appreciate if you could, perhaps elaborate on your concern.

 

  • What is the model of your printer?
  • What the operating system you are using?
  • Have you made any software or hardware changes on the computer?

 

Meanwhile, I recommend you update the HP assist software and check if it helps.
