My HP Z1 Workstations was updated automatically.

 

Computer starts, Windows logo shows during startup a short while,  the computers screen turns black and nothing happens....

 

Led light works on the side, have tried to do diagnostics for memory and hard disk in set up menu // OK

 

NO F11 - restart in safe mode is shown in set up menu...

 

I have tried to connect external screen - No effect = black screen on both  😞

 

I have NOT done the reset to factory settings... yet....

 

WHAT could I possibly do ??  Please heeeelp....  😕

Hello Z15,

 

 HP Z1 Workstation has a default setting. You can Press Ese while the computer is loading up. It will take you to the  Windows Setting. It will let you choce from the following options. You can do a Factory restore or you can fix the issue. The Fix issue will look into the Windows system to fix the problem. If not, You can do a Factory restore. It will take everything you have placed on the HP Z1 Workstation back to store bought.
