I do not really understand the question. What software? Windows 10 or software installed on the PC. In your question you posted that you have XP on the notebook, which I believe is probably incorrect.

You can find software and drivers on the support page for your product:

You can get Windows 10 directly from Microsoft by downloading media creation tool, running and creating a bootable pendrive. You can also do this on a different computer (if yours no longer boots). You can then use this pendrive to clean install Windows 10 on the PC. You do not need product key as it is in firmware and Windows will automatically activate once installed and connected to internet.

When checking via Microsoft I recieved the error, stating that I need to contact the device manufacturer.

How to proceed next?

I need the image so I can reinstall Windows. I have several PC's with mechanical HD failures.
