Product: 15-cc501nx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have bought Hp pavillion Laptop model no 15-cc501nx from Abu Dhabi UAE & I'm currently using it in India. 

The issue I'm facing in my laptop is that the operating system gets corrupted several times with a blue screen error and the laptop is unable to take recovery hence I want to order a recovery media tool (PenDrive) for the same to install Os.

Hi:

 

You can make your own bootable recovery drive by using the HP cloud recovery client utility.

 

Here is an info link for how to use that utility...
