HP SPECTRE X360 15" Touchscreen with PEN
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Just purchased HP Spectre x360 15" Laptop with touchscreen 2 days ago from Best Buy. The PEN that came with it does not write in any program. The PEN is on, I can see the curser on the screen when I tap with the pen and it moves with the PEN, BUT IT WILL NOT WRITE OR DRAW!! I contacted support and tried everything they suggested with no results. Reinstalled multiple drivers, etc.. They finally suggested I return it to Best Buy. I cant return it until the COVID-19 problem is past...HELP!! Has anyone seen the same problem? Is there a solution? I feel like a high end laptop like this one ($$$) should not have problems like this right out of the box!

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, this sounds like hardware related issue with the HP Pen. As we have limited support boundaries in the support community as of now.
