HP - 200 Wireless Optical Mouse - Black
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello,

So I bought 2 mice from Best Buy 1 week ago.

Here are the 2 products: (Referred to as Mouse 1 and Mouse 2 for easier explanation)

HP - 200 Wireless Optical Mouse - Black (Mouse 1)

HP - Wireless Blue LED Mouse - Gold (Mouse 2)

Situation:
Mouse 2 connected to Asus Laptop
Mouse 1 Connected to HP Laptop

The problem:
Mouse 1 is also being read by the ASUS laptop....which has mouse 2 connected to it at the moment. ie Mouse 1 is controlling both laptops (ASUS Laptop and HP Pavillion)

Is there a way to correct this?
Thanks much

@Shaneys22,

Welcome to the HP Forums 🙂 I would like to take a moment and thank you for using this forum, it is a great place to find answers. For you to have the best experience on the HP forum, you could also visit our HP Forums Guide for First Time Here? Learn How to Post and More. I see from your post you have a concern with the wireless mouse. Don't worry we'll work together to help you find a solution.

To provide you with an accurate solution, I'll need a few more details:

Just wanted to check if you have both the receivers connected to one computer? If so, that could be causing the issue.

In this scenario, I would suggest here is to remove both the receivers and just try connecting one receiver and check if that helps.

Please let me know if this resolves the issue, or if you require further assistance!

Eagerly waiting for your response!

that said, If the information I've provided was helpful,

give us some reinforcement by clicking the solution and kudos buttons,

that'll help us and others see that we've got the answers!

Good Luck.
