how can i install a recovery disc image for a hp ENVY x2 detatchable laptop. The OS has crashed, and i am looking for how to install the windows 10 s 64bit back in it. all it displays for no

If you have not created the Recovery Media, you can contact our Phone Support to order one or they might provide you a link for the download

 

Please follow the instructions I sent in the private message

 

Check your private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Forums profile.

 

Next to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope
