powee light turns on but the laptop doesn't

My HP windows 10 laptop won't turn on , the power light turns on but the laptop itself doesn't turn on , including the fan too . I've tried all solutions given but it still won't turn on 

 Please help

I understand that the laptop turn on will not boot.

Please attempt the below steps: 

Perform a hard reset 

Attempt a BIOS recovery  

Run the System Diagnostics tests
