I have updated from HP RGS 7.7 to above mentioned ZCentral and now my 3Dconexion SpacePilotPro doesn't connect automatically to the sender, although I created the registry key HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\hprpusbh\Parameters\Device\VID_046D&PID_C629 with the string value "Mode" set to "auto".

It only connects after unplugging and plugging the device, which is not an acceptable way of working.

I went back to the older version (7.7) on the receiver alone and everything works again as it should.

What am I missing here?

Thanks for any help!

What version of Remote Boost are you using?  Did you upgrade both sender and receiver?  What 3DConnexion mouse are you using?

Hi,

I use the SpacePilot Pro.

Actually after uninstalling and installing again everything works fine now, although I don't know why.

Best regards!

Glad to hear that it is working.  I have gotten that SpaceMouse to work with the registry settings on auto.  Normally I have to do a reboot for it to see the settings in the registry.  Maybe uninstalling and reinstalling with a reboot resolved that.
