Hello,
Actually I think it could not be possible to try a newer version of RGS, that does not depends on me but company's IT. Also trying to get the mouse phisycally connected to the sender workstation could not be possible since it is in another country.
Couldnt find the model numbers of the mice Im trying, but here you are with them:
https://www.3dconnexion.com/products/spacemouse/spacemouse-enterprise.html
https://www.3dconnexion.com/products/cadmouse
By the moment, could you suggest if this problem from the workstation could be a driver's version issue? That once the latest driver is installed in the workstation it will allow it to at least recognize any of these devices?
Otherwise, with the current installed driver in the workstation, a previous model of the mouse (SpaceExplorer) works propperly and it appears at the device manager as a HID-compilant device and USB Input device, but that wont happen with the Enterpise and CAD Mice.
Just to be more clear, Enterprise Mouse works propperly locally in my PC before starting RGS, but once inside RGS it aint work propperly inside RGS as did in my local PC.
Thanks for your support.

Will try and replicate your issue on 7.4.0. If the issue you are seeing can be reproduced, then the fix would only happen in a new version of RGS. It could be a driver issue, but you say it only has issues during an RGS connection. It could be a different driver is needed for the different types of 3DConnexion devices. We do test RGS with the 3DConnexion SpacePro mouse.
I am going to reach out to you for more details shortly, offline from the forum.
I work on the behalf of HP.
