Our Manager shows this Error:

"The Manager certificate is required to have more than one certificate in its chain of trust to support System Events from AMT. Please refer to the user guide on how to update your certificate."

What does this mean exactly?

What version of ZCentral Connect are you using?  Are you using the certificate created by the manager when using the installer or do you use your own CA certificate?  I am not finding that error in the User Guide or the Troubleshooting guides, so will see what I can find out for you.

Okay, I did find the error message in the User Guide under section 4.1.7

In the Troubleshooting Guide, Section 2.3.2, here is what you need to do "Updating 20.0 self-signed certificate.
