Hi i'm running several hp remote machines in my office.

Since a couple of months we started facing several connection drop issues.

At the beginning i thought of a connection broker issues (got in touch with their support as well), then network then last chance I've been looking  to the rgs log.

The only thing i can see is this message when the connection drops:

01-10-22 18:07:12 10291(3330262784) DEBUG - SyncPulseTime::isSynched() No sync pulse detected.
01-10-22 18:07:12 10291(3330262784) DEBUG - SenderImpl::IsConnectionAlive(): No sync pulse detected.
01-10-22 18:07:12 10291(3330262784) DEBUG - SenderImpl::isConnectionAlive(): setMarkedForDeletion

Can you explain me what it means?

Thanks

Ale

Sync pulse error messages are pointing to a network issue.  Are your disconnects happening right away when connecting or after a period of time in a session?  I would make sure that Remote Boost is white listed and is exempt from any anti-virus or deep packet inspections, malware software or anything that could be stopping the sender service.  If disconnects are happening rather quickly, uncheck HP Velocity in the Receiver settings, and then connect.  HP Velocity uses port 42966 but changes the traffic to UDP.  If the disconnects go away, make sure that 42966 is open to UDP traffic and that UDP traffic is allowed.
