I have the same problem as others. As soon as I boot up the rgreceiver.exe the splash screen disappears about 2 seconds later. It also comes up in the task manager for the same length of time. I've been using the HP RGS Receiver for about a year now. Had a power outage today, and got some corrupt files and everything works fine now, except the HP RGS Receiver. Again, just disappears after two seconds.

I see there's been a solution to this problem - see subject line (other users same issue) I'm trying to reactivate the thread because it looks like the topic is closed? I'd be grateful if I can get that fix that was sent out. I've already missed a ton of work as a result.

Btw, another quirky item that the other users who had the same problem didn't specify: If I reboot in safe mode with internet on, the HP RGS Receiver program seems to come up and stay up, and the login and password section is quite visible... Of course, I cant work in that mode, but that's just some additional info.

Hello

Apology for being off the forum for so long.  Do you still require help with this?

Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the receiver, make sure to reboot after

uninstalling and reinstalling.  RGS 7.7.2?
