I'm able to see the .exe process load then unload 2 seconds later.  The log file reads:

I've uninstalled/reinstalled, cleaned the registry (best I know how)... nothing is helping. This used to work on this laptop.  Has anyone gotten past this problem?

Hi Kelly - after finding that the command 'wmic csproduct list brief' was producing an error, I've decided there must be something else fundamentally wrong with the laptop that has the Receiver problem.  I'm going to cut my losses and re-image it.  Thank you for the movement towards resolution, it is appreciated.
