Product: HP Remote Graphic Software (RGS)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit) 
Hello,
I installed the HP Remote Graphioc Software (RGS) software as a sender and receiver.
I use the trail version.
When starting the receiver, the message "Advanced Features activation failed" is displayed.
I use the version 7.7.2.25313 build date: Jul 20 2020.
The internet access works perfectly.
What could be the mistake?
