Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have had HP Smart app installed on my laptop for at least a year and a half. It has worked fine until now. Now when I open it, it is just a big blank white screen. What do I do? I need to scan something.

May I have the exact model name of the product? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.
