Hpzcentral HP ZCentral Remote Boost Receiver Version: 20.1.0.26348 Build Date: Oct 9 2020

Unable to connect to Sender.

The Receiver resolved the specified hostname or IP address, but cannot connect to the Sender. Verify that the system is accessible on your network and that the Sender service has been started. Be sure the Sender is listening on a public IP address and is not blocked by a firewall.

Have you verified that you can ping the sender from your receiver?  Remote Boost is able to resolve the hostname or IP address, but there may be a firewall issue preventing the connection, maybe something that has changed in your network?  Another thing to try is using RDP and see if you can connect.  If that works, check to see if the sender service is running.  I usually check the task manager under services, look for rgsender and see if it says it is running.  I will have PM enabled just in case i need to collect logs.
