HP Zcentral remote boost reciever crashes after splash

HP Recommended
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Program installs okay but if I attempt to open, the splash screen will display then close without warning. Event logs cite a crash, reinstall made no change.

This is what the log repeats for each attempt.
