Hi CadNet,

Yes, Boost 20.0 is compatible with Catalina.

Did you get this error while doing an upgrade from a previous RGS version or was this a fresh install?

If you were upgrading, try removing the old RGS before installing Boost.

(Uninstall old RGS, reboot machine, install Remote Boost)

Hi

No, this was a clean first time install of RGS.

I'm having the same problem as CadNet.  Fresh install of Boost on Catalina.  Same error message.

Hey everyone,

what exactly does the message say?

Does it provide any more information as why you can't open the application or it just says that?

We are aware of this issue and are working to fix it for a future version of Remote Boost.  The workaround is to right click the .pkg file and select “Open” instead of double clicking it. Then a warning dialog will pop up, which allows you to open the file and install the Receiver.
