Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I feel like this is incredibly simple, but I've installed HP ZCentral Remote Boost Sender on a Windows 10 machine and the receiver app on a Mac OsX machine running on the same network as per the main page on the Remote Boost website. I installed the trial license on the sender machine. I am completely unable to connect. On Windows I copy the IP address from the collaboration invitation and paste it into the Mac app. I press connect and it asks for a username and password. I have no idea what these could be, I've never set anything. When I open the Remote Boost Sender Configuration application, there are no settings for users or passwords. What am I missing?

Nevermind, I figured it out.

In order to collaborate or connect to a sender, the sender would need to have you added as a user on that system, meaning you would have a Windows username and password.  Each user has to have their own unique log in credentials on the sender.

I am an HP employee.
