some alphabetal keys not working properly..

Are you referring to the actual keys not working locally on the system, or are you using ZCentral Remote Boost?  If using Remote Boost, can you provide what keys are not working, and what they are actually doing?  If not ZCentral Software related, I will move your post to appropriate forum for help.
