HP ZCentral Remote Boost Receiver
macOS 10.14 Mojave

Hello,

Could someone help me resolve this audio issue please.

  • What you were doing & experienced
Connecting to Remote Graphics Sender 7.7.0.20876 with Remote Graphics Receiver 8.0.0.22552
When playing audio, if the sender audio is too low, the audio is not heard on the receiver.

Here is a video demonstrating the issue - https://drive.google.com/open?id=1R5b2LmnUGJ_ABTFbYjezHvlV0howO_fU
The first two times play is pressed there is no audio for about two seconds, the last time play is pressed the clip is backed up a little farther and it plays the audio

  • Steps to recreate
Download this audio file - https://drive.google.com/open?id=1iCviyGD7qAYvXxRFD9cUMVRXeruoQFFA
Place audio file on a sender computer, connect with a receiver and play the audio. Listen to the audio cut in and out.
Then play the same audio file on a local computer without using RGS software and hear the difference.

  • Additional Notes
Had the same issue on both a Mac Receiver and Windows Receiver.
Did not have the issue when connecting via Remote Desktop instead of RGS

Is there a better way to get in touch with HP support about this issue, or to report a bug?
