RGS
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Recently, my work 'upgraded' my machine (the Sender) from Windows 7 to Windows 10. Since then, the mouse cursor will randomly jump if I switch to a different application, usually with a keyboard shortcut. Really what seems to be happening is that there is a discrepancy between where it's drawing the cursor, and where the cursor actually is. So, when I click something, it doesn't register as me clicking what I think I'm clicking on, because, the computer apparently thinks the cursor is somewhere else. Then, it'll suddenly snap into position, and behave as normal again.

Any suggestions on how to prevent this?

I was on 7.4, upgraded to 7.7. Both have same issue

We fixed this issue in our latest release Remote Boost 20.0.1 which you can download from our webpage.  Also, you can try changing this property to 0.  Make sure to remove the #.

## Allow receiver to track mouse snap on Windows sender.
Rgreceiver.IsMouseSyncEnabled=0

Make sure you the editing privileges to the rgreceiverconfig file, otherwise you will get a SaveAs, and the file will get saved as a text file.  This will create more issues.  This file can be found at C:\Program Files\HP\Remote Graphic Receiver.  After saving the file, you will need to close the receiver and relaunch for the changes to take effect.
