Product: HP Remote Graphics v3 LTU for non-HP Systems
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Noticed with a few users recently upgraded to 20.4  (20.4.0.8886) that when working with lines across the screen eg in excel or looking at seismic in Petrel moving he mouse up is sluggish, almost like someone has put a weight on the mouse so it's delayed but not when moving the mouse down.

 

Can you advise if this is something you've seen before?

Do you know if you are using Adaptive Image on the receiver side under the performance settings? I would like to gather more info on this, so if you could see my PM I sent you, that would be great.
