I have been using hp’s HP zCentral remote boost with great results. However, I upgraded to Mac’s new OS - Big Sur a few days ago and since then whenever I hit connect to the sender’s IP address, I get ‘Unable to Connect’ no permissions have changed. The hp receiver is version 20.0.1.25438

Have your tried uninstalling the receiver and reinstalling to see if that resolves your issue? Not sure about Mac OS upgrades, but I have seen Windows updates, especially OS version updates, put things in a strange state.

I see another user on the forum is also having issues after upgrading to Big Sur. Are you getting the pink/red screens as well? Is it possible to have you try Remote Boost 20.1 our latest release on the web?
