No decoder hardware mode Zcentral 2020. work with older versions

[HB-COM]

with latest version of ZCentral 2020, only software decoder is possible. With older RGS v7.6.1, everything work. 

Tests with : 

Sender : ZBook x2 G4 - M620

Sender : Z640 - P4000

Sender : XW8600 -GTX 680

Receiver : ZBook x2 G4 - M620

Receiver : Z640 - P4000

Receiver : XW8600 -GTX 680

All workstations  are full up to date.
