Operating System: Microsoft Windows Server 2016

Hello Support Team,

hello Community,

 

we have received 3 license files.  1 x 10, 1 x 1, 1 x 1 = 12 licenses.
If I now copy all 3 license files into the "C:\ProgramData\HP\..." directory I do not get any licenses.
If I now copy only one file at a time into the directory, the Connect Manager shows me the correct number of licenses.
What do I have to do to get all 12 licenses displayed correctly.

I will reach out to you in a private email.  I need to collect more info on the licenses and would prefer not to have that on the forum.  However, I will attach our latest license guide.  It does go over how to add additional licenses and some troubleshooting which I may need some logs from you.

I am an HP employee.
