Hello, I'm having an issues with licensing RGS on my Linux senders. Flexlm is set up and I can get licenses from the server on Windows, but its not working on Linux. I ran the debug tool and this is the message I'm getting:

 

06-19-20 16:14:31 60498(3892197696) DEBUG - LicenseHolder::checkoutHardwareDependentLicense() - trying to checkout RGS_General
06-19-20 16:14:31 60498(3892197696) INFO - FlexLicenseBase::checkoutFeature() for RGS_General failed
06-19-20 16:14:31 60498(3892197696) ERROR - No such feature exists.
Feature: RGS_General

 

I have an Environment Variable set up(tried both LM_LICENSE_FILE and HPQ_LICENSE_FILE) and made changes to the rgsenderconfig so it reads General first(Rgsender.PreferredLicenseOrder= General Trial Preload HDI)
