RGS Cursor disappears

Hello all,

we have installed RGS 7.7.0.20876 on our new HP Z4 Workstation and everythings works fine, except for the curser/mouse.
As soon as you move a window (always) or switch programs, for example from Revit to Chrome (sometimes), the curser disappears.

The only two workarounds that i've found are trying to find the toolbar on the top, switch on and off setup mode or trying the key combination Shift+Space. This two options will restore the mouse, but it's very annoying.

Is there a real solution for this problem?

Have you installed vmouse?  It was created to fix this exact issue, have a read up on it in the documentation if you aren't aware of it.
