RGS
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

We have been using RGS Sender on Linux and RGS receiver on Widnows 10. we have been encountring following two issues, i would appreciate if somebody have some pointers to solve these problems.

1) For the last few months, connection between RGS sender and RGS receiver is quite unstable. i.e. The session terminates abnormally. we could not find much information in th log. on the server side we have the follwing info in the log

ReceiverSession::ConnectionStatusThread::run - CONNECTION_STATUS_ERROR

ON the receiver side we find this information in the log

"ReceiverSession::ConnectionStatusThread::run - CONNECTION_STATUS_ERROR ".

2) When the RGS session is terminaetd as described above , when we try to connect with the RGS sender using the same machine after the terminattion. We get the erroe message  "UNable to connect to sender" and we have following infor on the RGS receiver

ReceiverSession::ConnectionStatusThread::run - CONNECTION_STATUS_ERROR

PS: We do no have firwewalls.

Any help would be appreciated.

Regards

Hi, there

Are the log levels on receiver and sender set to INFO? If so, could you change it to DEBUG and see what else the logs print?

Meanwhile, could you share some info about your systems?

- What type of system / model

- Which OS is running on both sides (version)

- Which Graphics Card is used

- Graphics driver version
