Hi everyone,

 

We are facing issues with RGS on our Z4 workstations - upon connecting xbox one controller to the receiver, Z4 reboots giving 'Network communication lost' on a receiver. We have already tested multiple workstations and controllers with the exactly same outcome. Firewall is excluded so that cannot cause the issue. All stations have HP Remote Virtual driver installed. Our units run on 1909 Win 10 x64. Installed RGS is 7.7.0.20876.

 

The bugcheck was: 0x0000004a (0x00007ffbe18dc1a4, 0x0000000000000002, 0x0000000000000000, 0xffffad0757307440).

 

If you need any further information, please let me know. Any advice would be much appreciated.

Remoting an Xbox one controller is not currently supported.
