RGS receiver close imidiatly after splash screen

Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Im using HP Remote Graphics Receiver 7.6.1.19438, OS Windows 10 Pro x64 (1903), on Dell Precision M4500.

After starting HP Remote Graphics Receiver i see standart splash screen with logo and nothing after.

rgreceiver.exe process is closing immidiatly after showing splash screen.
Reinstall does not help.
rgsCleanInstallFiles did not help either.
Install of VC_redist.x86 and VC_redist.x64 did not help either.

When log level set to "debug" in receiver configuration tool, (and generated the empty rg.log) I get:

6592(9440) FATAL - ReceiverApplication::run

What to look for / how to solve that?
