The Sender was unable to match the requested resolution. Connection is proceeding using the current

HP Recommended
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Some of our user computers have no issues setting sender resolution to match the receivers resolution, some don't work no matter how many settings we try. Even setting both remote and local computers to the same resolution do scale correctly.


I have spent countless hours scouring the web and reading the user manual and cannot find any solutions to this, much less a mention in regard to the ZCentral Remote Boost. Never had the problem with Remote Graphics Software, only this new update seems to cause the issues with some computers.
