Hi,

 

Thanks for the update. ESXi version we have is 6.5.0.

 

The graphic driver I'm using is 362.54 version. Yes, it is a headless system and I'm having issues when I connect it through RGS receiver. The RGS receiver version I'm using is 7.0.2 since 7.4 version won't install on my system due to the error stated earlier.

Could you please assist me...still facing the issue with the Vmouse. Were you able to reproc the issue? I had shared all the details in the separate mail.

We were able to reproduce the vMouse issue you are seeing and have created a defect.  Please look at your private email.
