I'm using Leostream - HP ZCentral Remote Connect Boost to connect to a PC to edit video. I'm on a Mac mini, connected to ATT Gig Fiber using ethernet. We have two portals into our remote editorial environment. One hosted through ATT, one through Sohonet. I'm able to easily use the Sohonet connection without any trouble. The ATT connection, however, is unusably slow with constant Network Connection Errors. There are around 50 editors connected through the same portal, and no other's having anything like the trouble I'm having. Our IT department is telling me that their ATT Business account can't be bothered to begin to diagnose my problem, leaving it up to me. My encounters with my ATT fiber customer service have been less than helpful.
Is this a known problem with a known remedy? I'm at a loss as to what to do.

Can you tell me what version of Remote Boost you are using on your sender and receiver?
Are you able to do a ping from your receiver to the sender, and get the ping time?
Also, try disabling HP Velocity in the receiver GUI settings under the Performance section and then try making a connection. Does that make any difference?
