HP Z8 G4 RCTO Base Model Workstation
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

We have several HP Z Workstations in our office, we have been using ZCentral Remote Boost for collaboration but now a popup window is showing and asking for licence ! We bought these HP Z Workstations because of ZCentral primarily otherwise we would opted for Dell ! We were informed by HP that ZCentral Sender is included with each Z workstation !

Is there anyone / from HP who can explain this to us?

There are two versions of Remote Boost.  Remote Boost V20 was the original version, and licenses were sold to non HP Z Workstations users, or users that HP hardware but not Z Workstations.  V20 is not affected by the license expiration like V22, but to get V20 download (20.4), you have to meet a requirement.  See screenshot.

Remote Boost V22 was released in Dec 2021, and on non Z Workstations or non HP hardware, it requires the use of the CA+ licenses.  That is the difference between V20 and V22.  Remote Boost V22 free preload license will expire on Jan 10, 2023 at midnight. The path forward is HP Anyware, which is the combining of Remote Boost and Teradici CAS remoting software into one new product.  Please refer to the migration guide to help you decide which path is best for you.  Remote Boost V22 will be supported/maintained through 2023.   With the subscription, you will receive both V22 and HP Anyware.  You can also request a trial license through HP Teradici.
