Hi,
I am having an issue on a Windows 10 Z820 computer using remote boost. We have some one who remotes into the office using remote boost and does Maya work. He was working in Maya and everything started to lag, remote boost disconnects him and the computer reboots. In the Event logs it just says the computer restarted unexpectedly. But if he goes into the oiffce and uses the computer locally he has no issues. This seems to keep happening over and over to him working remotely. Any Ideas ?

Hi,
Thanks for your help but this seems to have resolved itself after removing 1 of the 2 videocards in the system. It may have been the power supply wasn't able to give enough power to both RTX 2080TI's.

Just wondering what the network connection is like when this happens. Can you provide the ping time from receiver to sender? What is your bandwidth like? Is Remote Boost whitelisted from any malware, antivirus, or any other program that could be seeing Remote Boost as a problem? Is the disconnect happening right away, or after a period of time, how long can a user be connected before this happens? Have you tried using connecting with and without HP Velocity? Have you tried Advanced Video Compression?
