Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

On my laptop Receiver now silently fails to start. Up until a few days ago everything had been working fine. Now attempting to launch receiver silently fails. No error message is displayed. The splash screen does not display. And the log file in the user's home directory is not created or updated.

The currently installed version of Receiver is 20.1.0.26348.  I have attempted to uninstall and reinstall with no change in behavior as well updating to version 20.2, which also did not change the observed behavior.

Was 20.1.0 working before without issue?  Any Windows updates done?  What version of Windows 10 do you have on your receiver.  I will reach out to you in PM, would like to collect a few things.

I'm happy to provide any more information I can.

Yes 20.1.0 had been working without issue for months. Regular Windows and other software updates are applied, so I'm afraid it's hard for me to identify a specific update that may have broken things. The current Windows versions shows as 21H1 Build 19043.1052
