Hello, We are having issues with the ZCentral Remote Boost Software. It works very well but the host workstation initiates the Windows screen lock while the remote user is working. We have all workstations lock out the screen after 15 minutes of inactivity by GPO per CMMC requirements. But while connected via ZCentral Remote Boost Software the host PC locks the screen while the remote user is working. It does not disconnect but it has a significant impact on productivity.

Need more info on what you are seeing. Not sure why you would be getting a lock screen while still working and no inactivity. What version of Remote Boost are you using on your sender and receiver, and what Win 10 build and version are you using on both sender and receiver. Will have PM enabled so I can gather more info.
