HP Z4 G4 WorkStation
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Dear All,

I am not able to connect my workstation HP Z4 G4 WorkStation via Thin Client locally. This was my first time to use ZCentral Remote Boost and  It's always struck at authorization step.

Could you please help and guides? Thanks a lot.

What OS do you have on your Thin Client, and what model is your Thin Client?  Are you using the most current release of Remote Boost on both sender and receiver?  Easy Login starts with prompting for username and password at the beginning of a connection, and then takes you right into the desktop, no need to log in again.  Are you getting any other error messages?

Hello,

My Thin Client Model is T730 with W10Enterprise2016 LTSB and installed most current release of Remote Boost on both sender and receiver.

I am not getting any error messages in particular, in fact getting "authorizing" in Thin client for more that 30 mins and nothing happen and not going to next steps.

Regards about Remote Boost Software installation, I didn't set up anything on both sender and receiver end. From receiver (thin client), I just type local IP and connect and this happened. Do I need to set up anything?

Thanks.

Let me see if I can reproduce.  Are you using the Easy-Login that you have enabled in your screen shot?

Do you actually ever get to the sender?

Are you able to ping the sender from the receiver without issue?

Can you use something like Remote Desktop to connect, does that work?

Dear,

Yes, I am using Easy-login. I managed to get sender as after connect Sender is asking me Username/Password (as photos) below. After I typed in, I always stuck at "Authorizing step". No I didn't use RDP before and I didn't enable RDP on Sender machine.

Thanks a lot your helps.

Thank you for the screen shots, and additional info.  Apology for the delay in getting back on the forum.
